Can the Motorola W175G be made accessible?

I have the subject mobile phone from Trackphone and Safelink Wireless. I can make and receive calls, check voice mail, turn the device on and off, charge the device, and add airtime (using the web site), with little assistance. I cannot, however, read the home screen, check battery and service levels, see message status, read incoming/recent/held, or text calls, or set/read any menu options independently; the phone gives no feedback that I find useful. I have the manual for the phone in a readable form. None of the manual pages or the customer service reps at Trackphone, Safelink Wireless, or Motorola are of any help. Is there a program I can load onto this phone that will give me any kind of access to its features?
